TALI-JCJCR
Identity and Dialogue
We received a group of about twenty teachers involved in the "Identity and Dialogue" program of the KEREN TALI Foundation, which supports the twinning of 5th grade classes between six Jewish and six Arab schools in Galilee.
The stay allowed these teachers, who have been cooperating for several years, to get to know each other better, to experience coexistence and to meet Swiss professionals active in the field of integration, multiculturalism and bilingualism.
Conclusions to the "Identity and Dialogue" trip
The visit to Switzerland was pleasant, interesting and very positive. In addition to the fact that we visited beautiful places and participated in interesting workshops, we received incredible encouragement for our project and the process we are involved in.
On a personal level, I experienced a sense of elevation. The warm attitude we received from our hosts gave us the feeling that they appreciate and recognize the work being done in the field, that they believe in us and trust us. I went back to Israel with a lot of motivation to invest myself in our project and make it progress as much as possible. I would like to take this opportunity to thank for the energy invested, the kind and generous attitude, and for everything that was done for us during this magical week.
With a lot of love and esteem.
