For the third consecutive year, we are opening our doors to Her Voice. Under this name, 16 young Israeli Arab and Jewish girls between 16 and 17 years old dialogue, supervised by two facilitators, Ulfat Haider and Sarki Golan. The aim of this dialogue work is to empower them in a multicultural society, to strengthen their self-esteem, to develop self-awareness and a clear identity in their respective social environment. The group is of course renewed every year. The trip to Switzerland follows ten bi-monthly meetings of three hours each in Israel. Upon return, the work of dialogue continues, enriched by the experience of the trip to Switzerland.
